What counts as a people record?
Any active saved person: candidates, client contacts, hiring managers, applicants, connections, and sourced prospects. Separate duplicate records count separately. Companies, jobs, placements, and activities do not count.

Every plan includes unlimited users. Monthly pricing is based on the number of active people records stored across your organization: Starter is $300 up to 5,000, Growth is $500 for 5,001–25,000, and Scale is $700 for 25,001–100,000. Enterprise pricing is custom above 100,000 records.
People records include candidates, client contacts, hiring managers, applicants, imported LinkedIn connections, sourced prospects, and other saved people. Each stored record counts separately, including duplicates. Companies, jobs, placements, and activities are not people records.
Archived people records are excluded from the active people-record count. Contact us for details about archive management.
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited team users; pricing is based on your organization's active people records, not recruiter seats.
AI sourcing and enrichment, SMS, calling, and other third-party services may have separate usage charges. Ask us about expected usage for your team.
