These Terms of Use govern your use of the Poach website and any account or product access made available through it.
Using Poach
You may use Poach only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, contractual obligations and the rights of candidates, clients, employees and other individuals whose information you process.
Accounts and access
Submitting an access request or creating a login does not start a subscription or grant product access. Product access requires an active subscription or a separate written arrangement with Poach. We may request information to verify an account or decline access where necessary for security, compliance or operational reasons.
Pricing
Published pricing is stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. The monthly plans shown on the website are $300 for up to 5,000 active people records, $500 for 5,001–25,000 records, and $700 for 25,001–100,000 records. Every tier includes unlimited users; plans above 100,000 records are custom-priced. Final commercial terms, taxes, payment timing and any implementation or migration scope may be confirmed during onboarding.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide to Poach, for maintaining appropriate account access controls and for ensuring your recruiting, outreach, communications and data-processing activities comply with applicable law and your own policies.
Integrations and third-party services
Poach may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and availability. Integrations may change over time and some may require separate accounts, permissions or fees.
Data migration
Where migration assistance is offered, scope and feasibility depend on the source system, data quality, export formats, permissions and technical constraints. We will review migration requirements before confirming a migration plan.
Intellectual property
Poach, Hawkeye, the website, software, branding, interfaces and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the service.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, add or remove features as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or product.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website and product are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Poach does not guarantee recruiting outcomes, candidate responses, placements or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or product.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product and commercial offering evolve. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
